Taylor Kinsella

After nearly 16 years, TechNexus has been more than a workplace—it has been a steady presence in my professional journey and a community that continually challenges and inspires me. I’ve grown alongside both TechNexus Venture Collaborative and TeamWorking by TechNexus, a venture I’ve poured my heart into. It’s been rewarding to evolve through every phase of our development, and I’m proud to have played a role in shaping who we are today.  

As Director of Operations, I oversee the daily functions and internal operations of both organizations, and do my best to drive overall efficiency. I focus on strategic execution while cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and adaptability — while also making sure our team is well fed and properly celebrated. 

What began as a temporary opportunity has turned into a deeply meaningful career. Every experience has contributed to my growth, and I remain excited to continue learning, evolving, and supporting our team and mission. 

I’m happiest during summertime Chicago on a sunny day.  I also enjoy an iced coffee year round, healthy plants at home, a freshly stamped passport, and quality time with my niece and nephews!
