You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and any objection to venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and TechNexus. You do not have any authority to bind TechNexus in any respect.

TechNexus reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
