The demand for a solution like this is massive. Yourco recently surpassed 4.2 million non-desk employee connections and has plans to expand into the United Kingdom in 2025. And with every passing month, the company is breaking its own growth records. “We’ve been growing consistently, and every single month this past year has been our best month ever,” said Brodie Meyer, CEO of Yourco. “We just closed out January, and it was our best month yet.” The Right Environment for Scaling Fast As Yourco rapidly expanded its customer base and product capabilities, its leadership recognized that a strong, in-person work environment would be critical to scaling effectively. “Slack is great, Zoom is great, but there’s nothing like in-person communication,” Meyer said. “Especially in a small startup, it’s critical to have tight feedback loops between customers, product, sales, marketing and support.” That’s what led Yourco to TeamWorking by TechNexus, a flexible, tech-focused coworking space in Chicago.
