Coming from a policy and business background, I consider myself a social innovator – an attribute that strongly drew me to the work taking place at TechNexus. With a unique investment model, the venture team takes an interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving and technological advancement, which makes it a thrill to come to work.

At TechNexus, I support the investment process from sourcing to exit planning strategy and aid our venture team in building out a sustainability, public policy, and ESG perspective in the work that we do. On a day-to-day basis, you may find me chatting with a founder in the climate tech space or reading environmental legislation to support our partners and portfolio companies.

I am a proud alum of Rice University in Houston, TX and am currently working towards my MBA and MPP at the University of Chicago. I have previously worked in venture philanthropy, the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office, and the sustainability strategy group at Accenture. In my time outside the office, I enjoy hiking at National Parks around the country, playing board games with my friends and family, and hunting for the world’s best breakfast taco.
