My passion is being a bridge and a connector of people with common goals and/or challenges to unlock and push forward symbiotic relationships. TechNexus has a special business model of connecting innovative startups with forward-thinking corporations, which bridges together a unique venturing ecosystem of value creation for all parties involved. It was a no-brainer for me to get involved at TechNexus.

My primary focus is first and foremost, servicing startup founders throughout the venture ecosystem and fostering organic introductions to our corporate collaborators. My day-to-day is spread across the end-to-end venture deal process: sourcing companies, confirmatory and technical diligence, and portfolio management post-investment.

Prior to my TechNexus journey, I was an experienced management consultant at West Monroe Partners and Deloitte Consulting. During my time at West Monroe Partners, I was on the M&A team performing buy-side due diligence for private equity firms. During my time at Deloitte Consulting, I was on the finance technology team assisting Fortune 100 corporations with large-scale software implementations. I graduated from The University of Kansas with a degree in Finance, Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

Originally, I was born in Chicago, but I grew up in Dallas, TX as a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Outside of work, I spend my time mentoring young men through several Chicago non-profit organizations, and watching Kansas Jayhawk basketball at either Kinkaids or Lottie’s!
