I believe we are better as a team.  We use our resources, vast expertise, and connections to win deals and deliver outstanding results to our investors.  It is in partnership with others that we will find our greatest successes and most fulfilling achievements.  That is why I enjoy working at TechNexus.  We make more than just investments in deals.  We invest in ideas, processes, people, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and deep conviction.  

I manage all the legal and finance activities of TechNexus, including those relating to the structuring and execution of investments in the US and overseas, fund formation and portfolio company management.  This also includes accounting, auditing and SEC reporting.   

Prior to joining TechNexus, I worked for The Boeing Company, Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., Mayer Brown and the City of Chicago Law Department. My legal/finance background includes private equity, publicly traded companies, and government finance.   I received my degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale.

In addition to working, I also enjoy spending time with my family, attending opera, camping, reading & international travel. I am a fan of Jeopardy & and as a native Chicagoan, I am a fan of the Cubs and Bears.
