‚ÄčThe agile process require close collaboration and constant feedback between the client and the delivery team to be successful. Client input ensures that project decisions are based on business priorities, and that acceptance criteria is met during the development stage, rather than at the end. This feedback ultimately helps get an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) get to market faster.

Through extensive client work, the team at Table XI has identified that the best way to demonstrate the agile process and the complex relationship between the client, the software developer, and the project manager, by rolling up their sleeves and simulating the project experience itself. They have since designed a hands-on, collaborative LEGO game that allows participants to experience an agile project in a short three hour simulation where attendees become the developers and designers, building in short 5 minute iterations.
